As you may be aware, there has been a rapid increase in positive COVID-19 cases across the country, the state of Wisconsin, and especially in Eau Claire and the surrounding communities. The safety of our tenants and our staff is our first priority,and we are asking for your assistance in following the safety guidelines we are putting into place effective immediately.

While we are planning on keeping the office open at this time, we would like to limit the amount of people coming into the office. We ask that if you have a question or concern that you reach out to the office via phone or email. Our contact information is listed below for your convenience.

In addition, please utilize the tenant portal on our website for any payments. Checks or money orders can also be mailed directly to Foxboro or placed in the dropbox in front of our office. Please keep in mind the time it will take for mail to reach our office. Rent is still due on the 1st. Please also include your name and address on your envelopes and checks. If you need a receipt, please indicate that on your envelope and one will be emailed to you. We will not be accepting cash until further notice.

In order to limit COVID-19 exposure for you and our staff, we will rely on virtual tours as much as possible for any future showings.We will also be limiting routine maintenance on our properties and focusing on emergency maintenance only. Please still inform us of your maintenance needs,and we will schedule it at a later date once it is deemed safe to do so.
