Application Questions

Any legal adult (18+) that would be living in the unit needs to fill out an application and pay the $25.00 application fee.

Rent is due by the 1^st of each month.

You can pay online in the tenant web access portal. You can also set up automatic withdrawal in the portal.

You can mail your rent to our mailing address

You can use the drop box located in front of our office. (No Cash Payment)

You can pay in person at our office.

Check your breaker or fuse to insure that it hasn’t tripped or blown.

If your power is off in a certain area like a kitchen or bathroom check your GFI outlets to see if they have tripped.
