About

Parris began working at Foxboro in 2005 and currently works as the Condominium Association Manager.

Previously, Parris retired from NSP/Xcel Energy after 32 years.  While there he held the positions of General Accounting Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor and Budget Administrator.  Parris also worked briefly for another property management company before he settled in at Foxboro.  His extensive background and experience in the accounting field has made him an asset to our team.

Parris enjoys spending time with family, attending his grandchildren’s sporting events, fishing, traveling, gardening/landscaping, boating and riding in his 2004 Mustang convertible.

Parris plans to stay healthy and active and retire by the age of 80.

Lindsey started her career at Foxboro in 2019. She has always had a passion for marketing and for helping people in need. She has experience in social media management, event planning, and market networking.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication – Public Relations and a Minor in Sociology. Her degree in PR helps her to build a relationship with tenants, coworkers, and vendors.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing sports like volleyball and softball. She enjoys hunting with her family and going to concerts with her friends. She also loves to travel, dance, watch movies, and eat snacks.

Lindsey is married and loves spending as much time as possible with her two chihuahuas, Juno and Lucy.

Derek began working for Foxboro in November 2021. He previously worked at a law firm after graduating in 2020. He lived in Florida from 2011 to 2016 and decided to come back to Wisconsin.

When not at work, Derek enjoys being outdoors whether it is hunting, fishing or just going for a walk. He also enjoys reading and going for a drive with no destination in mind.

Sara began working with Foxboro in 2023. She is currently working as the Senior Property Manager.  Sara is a Graduate of UWEC and is a Wisconsin Native.

Sara is an accomplished manager offering 25+ years of property management experience.  She has owned and managed all types of commercial and residential properties. Sara is known to be a problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader.

In her spare time, she likes camping, hiking, watching sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Arianna joined Foxboro in January 2023. Arianna is from the small town of Fall Creek. In her free time she enjoys reading, painting, being outdoors, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Tiffanie previously worked in retail. Retail taught her to love working with people. Tiffanie also has experience in Human Resources. She loves spending time with her little fluffy persian cat, Meeko. She also enjoys geocaching, hiking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

Sydney started working with Foxboro in December of 2023. She is from the Eau Claire area and has an associates degree in Digital Marketing. She has a Pembroke Corgi named Kodak that keeps her busy. She enjoys watching movies, cooking, and renovating her new home in her spare time.

Brady is 24 years old. He has spent the last 18 plus years living in Eau Claire. He is very passionate about the community, and he loves spending time at community events and in downtown Eau Claire. Brady loves spending time in nature as well. His two main hobbies are golfing and fishing. When he is not doing that, you can usually find him spending time with his friends and family, reading, watching TV/movies, and playing video games.

George has been with Foxboro since 2007.  He has worked in maintenance all his life and takes great pleasure in helping others which makes him an essential part of the Foxboro team.

George has been happily married since 1984 and looks forward to going home to his wife each night.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening, and canning his bountiful harvest.

George will go above and beyond to ensure that any tenant issues are addressed quickly.

Keith has lived in Eau Claire for most of his life. He has been with Foxboro for two years. He enjoys woodworking and construction.

Keith has a dog, two cats, and several plants. He also enjoys walking in the forest.

Nate’s hobbies are watching movies and working on cars. He is currently building a 1988 Pontiac Firebird into a drag racing car! He also owns a 1950 Studebaker Champion. When he is not at work, he likes to spend time at home with his fiancé/best friend. Together they love watching movies and working on old Chevys.

Duane started with Foxboro in 2023. He works as a maintenance technician. Duane thoroughly enjoys being a part of the Foxboro family. He defines having a successful day by helping others have a better day. This could be in repairing something that is broken for a tenant or just by putting a smile on their face.

Duane enjoys spending time with his wife and their grandchildren. He enjoys his grandchildren’s youthfulness and zest for life. In his free time, Duane can be found designing, creating, or repairing things.

Mike has been with Foxboro since 2021 and is currently the Grounds Manager. He takes pride in his attention to detail while maintaining the exterior of the properties. Prior to joining Foxboro, Mike owned a ServiceMaster franchise for 24 years. Prior to starting his franchise, Mike served 10 years in the Air Force with an honorable discharge.

Mike loves to spend time with his beautiful wife of 32 years. They have two boys, John and Mitchell, which they adopted from Ukraine in 2005. They are blessed with two grandchildren – Willow and Whaylon. They also have a Westy dog named Annie.

Mike and his wife enjoy boating, biking, and hanging out on their screened in porch on summer days. You can find Mike enjoying hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.
