Parris began working at Foxboro in 2005 and currently works as the Condominium Association Manager.

Previously, Parris retired from NSP/Xcel Energy after 32 years.  While there he held the positions of General Accounting Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor and Budget Administrator.  Parris also worked briefly for another property management company before he settled in at Foxboro.  His extensive background and experience in the accounting field has made him an asset to our team.

Parris enjoys spending time with family, attending his grandchildren’s sporting events, fishing, traveling, gardening/landscaping, boating and riding in his 2004 Mustang convertible.

Parris plans to stay healthy and active and retire by the age of 80.

Lindsey started her career at Foxboro in 2019. She has always had a passion for marketing and for helping people in need. She has experience in social media management, event planning, and market networking.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication – Public Relations and a Minor in Sociology. Her degree in PR helps her to build a relationship with tenants, coworkers, and vendors.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing sports like volleyball and softball. She enjoys hunting with her family and going to concerts with her friends. She also loves to travel, dance, watch movies, and eat snacks.

Lindsey loves spending as much time as possible with her two chihuahuas, Juno and Lucy.

Jennifer moved to Wisconsin in 2019 from Indiana where she grew up. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She loves to read, and she plans to one day publish her own book.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, three grandsons, and her dog, Harley.

Matthew began working at Foxboro in 2025. He is originally from Green Bay, WI. He attended UW-Eau Claire for a double major in Accounting and Information Systems. He decided to stay in Eau Claire after graduating in 2017. He proceeded to earn his CPA license.

Before arriving at Foxboro, he was primarily working in public accounting as a tax preparer.

Matthew loves traveling and baseball. He has combined those interests with a goal of catching a game at all 30 MLB stadiums.

He also enjoys reading, board games, bowling, solving puzzles, and playing video games.

Madison moved to Eau Claire in 2020 from Indiana. She recently graduated from CVTC with a Landscape, Plant, and Turf Management Associate’s Degree.

When not at work, Madison loves to read, watch movies, spend time outdoors, and be with her family and her two dogs Harley and Brody.

Jessica has a strong background in assisted living operations. She has a passion for working with and supporting others. She is originally from Illinois. She moved to Chetek in 2011 where her and her family have planted their roots.

Jessica is married to an avid musky fisherman, and together they enjoy the outdoors with their daughter, grandson, and energetic 8-year old son. In their free time, they love camping and cheering on their son at his baseball games.

Kayla (known as Kay) is native to the Eau Claire area. She holds a BA in English and brings a wealth of diverse experience, including launching a wellness business. Before joining the Foxboro team, Kay worked as a legal assistant for a prominent bankruptcy and insolvency attorney, where she also contributed on the law firm’s marketing team. Now, she leverages her organizational expertise and excellent communication skills to efficiently manage her assigned properties. Additionally, Kay is an aspiring writer and entrepreneur who finds inspiration for her creative and business pursuits in the dynamic field of property management. In her free time, Kay enjoys making the most of Wisconsin’s seasons. In the summer, you’ll typically find Kay outdoors gardening, hiking, camping or reading in the sunshine. During the colder months, she prefers cozy evenings at home with her family, watching their favorite movies and shows.

Sydney started working with Foxboro in December of 2023. She is from the Eau Claire area and has an associates degree in Digital Marketing. She has a Pembroke Corgi named Kodak that keeps her busy. She enjoys watching movies, cooking, and renovating her new home in her spare time.

Taylor moved to Eau Claire in 2019. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a double major in business management and business marketing.

He and his girlfriend have a Cavapoo puppy named Bear.

In his free time, Taylor likes to hangout with his girlfriend and puppy, go on walks, and go to the dog park.

Taylor likes country music and going to concerts.

He also loves sports, especially football, and he plays volleyball at Wagners in the summer.

Tiffanie previously worked in retail. Retail taught her to love working with people. Tiffanie also has experience in Human Resources. She loves spending time with her little fluffy persian cat, Meeko. She also enjoys geocaching, hiking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

Jack moved to Eau Claire in 2018 to attend the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. There he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Jack still lives in Eau Claire with his fiancé, their cat, bird, and tarantula.

In his free time, Jack enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, biking, hiking, and just about anything outdoors.

Lisa recently moved back to the Chippewa Falls area from Mankato, MN. She has over 20 years of customer service experience. She enjoys working with people.

In her free time, she loves traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

George has been with Foxboro since 2007.  He has worked in maintenance all his life and takes great pleasure in helping others which makes him an essential part of the Foxboro team.

George has been happily married since 1984 and looks forward to going home to his wife each night.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening, and canning his bountiful harvest.

George will go above and beyond to ensure that any tenant issues are addressed quickly.

Mike is from Eau Claire but has also lived in the UP of Michigan, Colorado, and most recently Hawaii. Mike has worked in landscaping and irrigation for 35 years. He is happily married with two children. He loves family more than anything else, but he also enjoys fishing, skiing, swimming, hiking, and lakes.

Keith has lived in Eau Claire for most of his life. He has been with Foxboro for two years. He enjoys woodworking and construction.

Keith has a dog, two cats, and several plants. He also enjoys walking in the forest.

Nate’s hobbies are watching movies and working on cars. He is currently building a 1988 Pontiac Firebird into a drag racing car! He also owns a 1950 Studebaker Champion. When he is not at work, he likes to spend time at home with his fiancé/best friend. Together they love watching movies and working on old Chevys.

Duane started with Foxboro in 2023. He works as a maintenance technician. Duane thoroughly enjoys being a part of the Foxboro family. He defines having a successful day by helping others have a better day. This could be in repairing something that is broken for a tenant or just by putting a smile on their face.

Duane enjoys spending time with his wife and their grandchildren. He enjoys his grandchildren’s youthfulness and zest for life. In his free time, Duane can be found designing, creating, or repairing things.
