About

Parris began working at Foxboro in 2005 and currently works as the Condominium Association Manager.

Previously, Parris retired from NSP/Xcel Energy after 32 years.  While there he held the positions of General Accounting Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor and Budget Administrator.  Parris also worked briefly for another property management company before he settled in at Foxboro.  His extensive background and experience in the accounting field has made him an asset to our team.

Parris enjoys spending time with family, attending his grandchildren’s sporting events, fishing, traveling, gardening/landscaping, boating and riding in his 2004 Mustang convertible.

Parris plans to stay healthy and active and retire by the age of 80.

Lindsey started her career at Foxboro in 2019. She has always had a passion for marketing and for helping people in need. She has experience in social media management, event planning, and market networking.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication – Public Relations and a Minor in Sociology. Her degree in PR helps her to build a relationship with tenants, coworkers, and vendors.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing sports like volleyball and softball. She enjoys hunting with her family and going to concerts with her friends. She also loves to travel, dance, watch movies, and eat snacks.

Lindsey is married and loves spending as much time as possible with her two chihuahuas, Juno and Lucy.

Derek began working for Foxboro in November 2021. He previously worked at a law firm after graduating in 2020. He lived in Florida from 2011 to 2016 and decided to come back to Wisconsin.

When not at work, Derek enjoys being outdoors whether it is hunting, fishing or just going for a walk. He also enjoys reading and going for a drive with no destination in mind.

Jennifer moved to Wisconsin in 2019 from Indiana where she grew up. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She loves to read, and she plans to one day publish her own book.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, three grandsons, and her dog, Harley.

Christine was born and raised in the Chippewa Valley. She joined Foxboro in 2024 as the Property Manager. She has two grown children, and she has been married to her husband for 30 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and she volunteers at her church.

Sydney started working with Foxboro in December of 2023. She is from the Eau Claire area and has an associates degree in Digital Marketing. She has a Pembroke Corgi named Kodak that keeps her busy. She enjoys watching movies, cooking, and renovating her new home in her spare time.

Michaela is originally from northern Minnesota. She has spent the last 10 years in Duluth, MN. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2020. She relocated to Eau Claire in 2024.

In her free time, she enjoys doing anything artsy, playing board games, watching reality TV, and trying new things.

Tiffanie previously worked in retail. Retail taught her to love working with people. Tiffanie also has experience in Human Resources. She loves spending time with her little fluffy persian cat, Meeko. She also enjoys geocaching, hiking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

Jessica is originally from Utah. She has spend the last three years getting to know the Chippewa Valley,  she plans on being here long term. She is currently pursuing a Human Resource Management degree.

When she is not spending time with her two daughters, she enjoys playing board games and card games with friends. She also enjoys volleyball, paddleboarding, and being outdoors.

George has been with Foxboro since 2007.  He has worked in maintenance all his life and takes great pleasure in helping others which makes him an essential part of the Foxboro team.

George has been happily married since 1984 and looks forward to going home to his wife each night.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening, and canning his bountiful harvest.

George will go above and beyond to ensure that any tenant issues are addressed quickly.

Keith has lived in Eau Claire for most of his life. He has been with Foxboro for two years. He enjoys woodworking and construction.

Keith has a dog, two cats, and several plants. He also enjoys walking in the forest.

Nate’s hobbies are watching movies and working on cars. He is currently building a 1988 Pontiac Firebird into a drag racing car! He also owns a 1950 Studebaker Champion. When he is not at work, he likes to spend time at home with his fiancé/best friend. Together they love watching movies and working on old Chevys.

Duane started with Foxboro in 2023. He works as a maintenance technician. Duane thoroughly enjoys being a part of the Foxboro family. He defines having a successful day by helping others have a better day. This could be in repairing something that is broken for a tenant or just by putting a smile on their face.

Duane enjoys spending time with his wife and their grandchildren. He enjoys his grandchildren’s youthfulness and zest for life. In his free time, Duane can be found designing, creating, or repairing things.
